3. Campeche
The state of Campeche ranks third on our list of safest places to visit in Mexico that are beautiful and cheap. It offers great food and fun so if you’re considering visiting Mexico, you should think about this place. This colonial town is added to UNESCO World Heritage sites in 1999, so you can see plenty of old mansions and restored buildings. It’s a cheap but beautiful location ideal for a family getaway. The lowest price we found is $28 per one night.
