It’s time to dim the lights and get into the 15 most sexually satisfied countries in the world. Sex: it’s what’s for dinner. And hopefully for breakfast if you’re lucky. Sex sells and it also does just about everything else. Have you ever stayed in a relationship for way too long because the sex was great? People enjoy having consensual sex for a slew of reasons. Probably within the top 10 is the way it feels physically. Certainly, there is also the intimacy or connection you can share with another human being–whether it is someone you have known for years or someone you are just getting to know or, someone you don’t know at all. Being satisfied by your sexual activity is imperative. It is not satisfying in some regard–whether that be physically, emotionally or both–you need to stop doing it and change things until it does satisfy you. Consider a safeword for bad sex. You want something you can shout that will stop the activity at once–try “pergola!” or “spaghetti!” Unless, like for me, pasta is a huge turn-on.
According to Dr. Joseph Mercola, there are a lot of positive effects of sex both mentally and physically. Sex can improve your immunity, heart health, sleep, it can lower your blood pressure, improve bladder control in women, relieve pain, stress, and it is also a form of exercise.

In only one country out of 26 did men have more lifetime sex partners in than women. So much for notches on your belt, fellas.
Nowadays, more and more people are having sex, including adolescents. According to a 2011 study by researchers at Ohio State, sex during adolescence can have a lot of lasting negative effects on the body and mood in adulthood.
