Last year, on November 7, 2016, we lost one of the greatest singers in the world. Leonard Cohen was born on September 21, 1934, in Westmount, Quebec, Canada and died in Los Angeles, California a the age of 82. Leonard Cohen was a great singer, musician, songwriter, painter, poet and novelist. This great musician and artist died of cancer in his sleep and many political figures and stars paid tribute. Citizens and officials in Montreal are planning to honor Leonard Cohen by naming a street after him and by opening a library in his honor.
