With its beautiful sunsets and stunning forests, California, next on our list of least racist states in America ranked by hate crimes in 2017 is one of the best places to live on the West Coast. As with places across the world, racism and hate crimes persist here too, but it’s still one of the safest places considering all the other states in America.
