At number 10, we again have an African country. However, Swaziland is a landlocked country in Southern Africa. One thing to note about Swaziland is that it is a monarchy and not a democratic country, which might have a little bit of influence as to why over 20 people die per 100,000 from a disease like Asthma. There are reports of widespread mismanagement, and malpractice by the authorities in the country.
