8. Jamaica
For some time Jamaica is rocking the World Press Index ranking, which is why it is positioned 8th on our list of 15 countries with the freest press in the world. As pointed out by the Reporters without Borders, this country has great respect for freedom of information. While there were several physical attacks on journalists, there were no serious acts of violence or threats.
