10. Ecuador
Being in equatorial belt, Ecuador does belong to the tropical climatic region. But, because of the great variation in altitude in Ecuador which is one of the important factors that influence the weather, the country is quite diverse. In general, humid parts of the country are the coastal ones while the inner parts are drier and cooler.
