Even though being a small country, and belonging to the tropical climate belt, there are several microclimatic zones here. While having a humid and warm climate, these microclimatic zones are mostly influenced by differences in the altitude. So, there are the Monteverde highlands having humid and colder weather, while Guanacaste lowlands are characterized by dry and warm weather. The most pleasant weather on Costa Rica is found in Central Valley, with the average temperature of around 70˚F and balanced humidity which makes Costa Rica one of the countries with the best weather all year round. It’s definitely a country with the cities with best climate.
