3. Malta
Malta is a country with probably the best climate in Europe to live. It is definitely one of the places with the best weather in the world year round. It has a typical Mediterranean climate, favorite type of climate of many people. It is characterized by hot and dry summers and mild winters. Weather is warm throughout the year, with pleasant rainfalls in spring and autumn (but thunderstorms are also to be expected in these periods). Summers are very hot and dry while winters are warm and sunny.
