If you wish to attend this college, there is a catch. You would have to be a Native American and possess some kind of document to prove it. The college is conveniently situated near the border with Canada. As for financial aid, students who are more than 1/4 Indian blood are considered eligible for Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) scholarships. BIA/OIEP funds are only awarded to members of a federally recognized Native American tribe.
