Colombia has amazing coasts courtesy of Caribbean waters’ white, sparkling beaches, and also boasts of upscale cities, mountain cities, and low cost of living rates. Because the country is developing, you probably wouldn’t have to adjust so much if you’re from a large city and want to live in a beach town.
