If you are reconsidering the cheapest countries to study medicine in English, Bangladesh is surely a good place for that. Also, Bangladesh medical study programs rank very high, as well. The tuition fees (as well as cost of living) are not high, and there are always places reserved for international students. All of the lectures are in English (though some lecturers might use Bengali from time to time, though no prior knowledge of Bengali is needed to study medicine in Bangladesh).
