Romania is one of the most affordable European countries to live for students, and also one of the cheapest countries to study medicine in English. There are many universities in Romania which offer studying not only in English but in French (and of course Romanian) as well. Some of those universities, where you can study any field of medicine are universities in Timisoara, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Arad, etc., so there is plenty of choices.
