As we mentioned in one of our previous lists, Missouri is a perfect state for those who like alcohol. Besides being one of the biggest beer brewing centers in the nation, it also has a rapidly growing wine industry. The state has 10th lowest cost of living index in the United States but the unemployment rate isn’t so great, with the figure standing at 3.9%.
