6. Salad
The salad ranks 6th in our list of best selling food truck foods and menu items. It is a mixture of vegetables or fruits along with meat, eggs, or maybe even some grains. Unique dressings give it an additional flavor. Food trucks have salads on their menu, which proves that not all food truck food is unhealthy. Oink and Moo BBQ fill their sliders with smoked meat and their signature slaw.
