During this time, you can visit Doc Lisboa, an international film festival, go to Gulbenkian Museum and visit Belem, Lisbon’s most historic area. Since traffic can be a little overwhelming, you should consider exploring the city on the foot. While in Lisbon, you should also visit Sao Vicente de Fora (Monastery of St. Vincent Outside the Walls) which is one of the most important monasteries in the country and it is definitely worth seeing.
