Lima is a beautiful city that will welcome you to warm temperatures in March. The great part about Lima is that you can find a lot of cheap deals if you are traveling on a budget. The city is safe, and you can relax on its beautiful beaches. Grape Harvest Festival of Surco takes place in March, although the date varies so you shouldn’t miss this event featuring an abundance of wine, food fairs, beauty contests, and dancing.
