An exotic vacation does not have to be expensive, and Goa is the perfect example. While it is a bit remote so you can’t just go there for a weekend, Goa is a great place to spend a week or more. If you are worried about your safety, Goa is a safe destination despite all the stories you may hear. In fact, many people travel alone to Goa. The Shigmo festival during which people play with colors is celebrated during springtime, so it’s a great event to witness. The lowest price per night we found is $29.
