9. Mexico City, Mexico
If you want to get away from the harsh winter at least for a while, consider going to Mexico City. The weather is nice with the temperature reaching 23 degrees during this month. Mexico is a beautiful city and definitely worth visiting, but it is also quite affordable. We already discussed festivals in Mexico above, when we talked about Cancun so take a look at it. The lowest price per night we found is $72.
