It has so much history that you need a week to see most of the things. One of the world’s greatest tourist cities, Rome is a little cold in February, but it’s bearable as the temperature reaches 14°C. It is one of the best places to go in February in Europe because it’s not as crowded as during the summer. The lowest price per night we found is $61.
