13. Bemelmans Bar
If you do not mind spending some extra money to hangout in a bar, then this is the place for you. This is a piano bar designed for the more sophisticated crowd and the walls are adorned with murals of Ludwig Bemelman. The bar itself is located inside The Carlyle Hotel. So, yeah you get the picture. The price point alone attracts people over 40, and yes you will find singles in there as well.
