13. Weather
Now this really depends on how gullible / trusting your parents are. If they’re anything like mine, they would never have even considered believing me. However, when it snows heavily or there’s a huge storm, and the school refuses to give you a day off because schools seem to be there to suck the joy out of life, there is a chance of convincing your parents that skipping school would be the best and perhaps the safest option.
