Explanatory Note
Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13G filed by the Reporting Persons on October 26, 2017 inadvertently misstated the number of shares of Common Stock
directly held by the Master Fund and that may be deemed beneficially owned by Mr. Edelman and Perceptive Advisors. This Amendment No. 2 to the Schedule 13G corrects that number.

The Master Fund directly holds 6,033,020 shares of Common Stock and 2,306,034 warrants each exercisable for one share of Common Stock.
Perceptive Advisors serves as the investment manager to the Master Fund and may be deemed to beneficially own the securities directly held by the Master Fund. Mr. Edelman is the managing member of Perceptive Advisors and may be deemed to
beneficially own the securities directly held by the Master Fund.
