13D Filing: Wynnefield Capital and Precision Aerospace Components Inc. (PAOS)

On July 18, 2017, the
Issuer entered into a Subscription Agreement (the “Subscription Agreement”) with certain purchasers named therein (the
“Purchasers”), pursuant to which the Issuer agreed to sell and issue an aggregate of 75,500 shares of its Common Stock
(the “Shares”) at a purchase price of $40.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,020,000. Wynnefield Partners,
Wynnefield Partners I and Wynnefield Offshore purchased 12,555 shares, 7,942 shares and 4,503 shares, respectively, for an aggregate
purchase price of $1,000,000 pursuant to the Subscription Agreement.
