Hambledon, Inc., a Cayman Islands corporation (“Hambledon“), which is also controlled by Singer, is the sole general partner of Elliott International. EICA is the investment manager for Elliott International. EICA expressly disclaims equitable ownership of and pecuniary interest in any Common Shares.
