Since the level of this class is intermediate, before you sign up for it, you should know that first, you must pass a swim test. After you pass it, you will have eight sessions for this price where you will be working on the stroke development and efficiency. The primary focus will be to strengthen the strokes, build up your stamina for fitness swimming and endurance as well.
