In just ten sessions, the swimming instructor Joshua Bernstein will help you overcome your biggest fear of water. It doesn’t matter if you do or don’t know how to swim because this class is dedicated to beginners but if you know how to swim but you aren’t comfortable to be in the water by yourself, you are welcome to join the team. At the end of these ten sessions, you will love being in the water doing all kinds of different swimming strokes and techniques. Bring a swimming cap and say goodbye to your fear of water.
