4. They Suddenly Need to Leave

When texting, if you ask a question that the liar doesn’t want to talk about, they might give you a very brief answer and quickly say that they suddenly have to go somewhere. Leaving so abruptly after giving an answer is very suspicious and probably not something an experienced liar would do.
