The nation of Central African Republic holds the accolade of being the only country in the world whose hunger rate has been categorized as “extremely alarming” since its index is above 50. It actually fell to 47 in 2008, but the fact that the number has deteriorated doesn’t bode well for the country making it the hungriest countries in the world in 2018.
