We are continuing our list of best places to visit in Central and South America in April with Porto Alegre, which is one of the oldest cities to make it on the list; the city was founded way back in 1769 Manuel Sepúlveda. Apart from that, there are many amazing tourist attractions dotted across the city, and the city is known as the gateway to the tall canyons of Aparados da Serra National Park.
