On December 23, 2024, TeraWulf announced long-term data center lease agreements with Core42, a G42 subsidiary focusing on sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure, and digital services. As part of the agreement, TeraWulf will provide over 70 megawatts of ready-to-use data center infrastructure to support Core42’s deployment at the Lake Mariner facility in Upstate New York.
