We have arrived at the very top of our list of tallest cathedrals in the world, and here we have Ulm Muenster. After its completion in 1890, this cathedral was the tallest man-made structure in the world. However in after only 11 years, in 1901, it lost its title of the tallest building ever built, but even to this day it remains the tallest cathedral. This alone makes it for an ideal site for a visit.
