8. Kyrgyzstan
Yet another underdeveloped country in Asia, Kyrgyzstan is still struggling to cope with the troubles within the country. Inefficient law enforcement and unreliable judiciary have further contributed to the troubles. The country is home to 5.8 million people with $2,400 GDP per capita.
