64% of the people who responded in Hungary agreed that all further migration from mainly Muslim countries should be stopped. According to the report, even though Hungary was not personally involved in bombings or attacks, it shifted towards adopting Islamophobic perceptions and discourses in the past decade due to exposure to Western European debates and recent events.
