A lot of people think of turkeys as seasonal birds that only sell before Thanksgiving, but that isn’t quite true. Their meat has very high nutritional value and is considered very healthy, which makes them in demand whole year around. That’s why turkeys deserved a place on the list of most profitable livestock to raise in 2017.
