There’s no doubt that Antoni Gaudi is the most famous architect and no surprise that he tops our list of 11 most famous architects in the world. He is a Spanish Catalan architect, best known for his Sagrada Familia, large Roman Catholic Church in Barcelona, which is the most visited monument in Spain. Gaudi was influenced by oriental techniques and neo-gothic art. His works of art that you must see when you visit Barcelona (in case you haven’t visited them already) are: Casa Vicens, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera (Casa Milla), Parc Guell, Palau Guell, Colonia Guell, El Drac de Gaudi at Finca Guell, Casa Calvet, Cascada Fountain.
