Let the debate begin- which are the jobs men will never be able to do better than women? Ok, let us first assure you this isn’t the type of article where we include “bleed for 5 days straight, and not die”! Here, we are sticking to facts and will be talking about the jobs which have proven track records of women being more efficient at them.
The debates about feminism and equality can go on and gather heat, but some jobs are just better suited for women, like there are also the jobs women will never be able to do better than men. Of course, we are all for equality but the world needs to agree on the fact that men and women do possess some distinct characteristics and qualities that enable each of them to perform better on some tasks than others. For example, the majority of women may be better at organization, barring exceptions of course, that makes them better candidates for secretarial jobs.

Most of these jobs require a particular skill set that more women than men possess. In some cases, these are also the jobs that women have preferred taking up in the past years and lesser men have opted for them. There have been proven records to point towards the fact that these jobs have mostly females employed, in turn proving that lesser men are hired for them. We have relied on Bureau of Labor Statistics results to determine the jobs which have the majority of women employed. We also took into account the findings by Digeratilife and CBS to arrive at our list of the jobs men will never be able to do better than women.

11. Receptionists and Information Clerks

Well, what can we say; women are just great with information like that. No wonder most receptionists we remember meeting at every help desk are mostly women. They also seem to be quite skilled with directing people in the right direction, right?
10. Dietitians and nutritionists
92.4% Female Employees
The other occupation we see a majority of girls running the show is definitely dietetics and nutrition. It just seems like an area women are mostly interested in. It also has to do the fact that women form a major part of patients seeking dietetics guidance.
9. Occupational therapists

The job of an Occupational Therapist involves working with clients suffering from mental troubles or prior physical injuries with a view to help them maintain a daily life balance and work skills. Since empathy over brawn is the need of this profession, women make for a great choice here!

8. Secretaries and administrative assistants

Here again is a job men will never be able to do better than women. Secretaries and Administrative Assistant jobs require a certain level of organizational skills that women are better known to possess any day!
7. Licensed practical and licensed vocational nurses

This is one traditional job which has had a history of women being preferred over men. When it comes to caregiving jobs like these, women just seem to be an obvious choice over men.

6. Hairdressers, hairstylists, and cosmetologists

More men are interested in hair dressing and styling than before, but this still remains a primarily female domain. Oh well, about beauty, nobody quite knows it as we women do. But, we are sure the men will slowly get there too!

Even male au pairs are more common these days than before. But, it’s a traditional area where women have always excelled in. It might be because children are more comfortable in the company of females.

4. Dental hygienists

Call it OCD r else, women are just more fanatical about hygiene than their male counterparts! Just kidding! Dental hygiene only happens to be one of the female dominated areas in the jobs market.
3. Medical transcriptionists

Organization and eye for detail are the major requirements in a profession like Medical Transcription. Women are great at both, hence proved!

2. Preschool and kindergarten teachers

Honestly, I don’t remember any of my kindergarten teachers being male. I’m sure the male teacher rock too, but it is the females who are more interested in the job. And, women are naturally friendlier with kids.

And, the number 1 job that the girls are taking the lead in is Speech and Language Pathology. With over 98% of the people employed in these jobs being women, it leaves little doubt that indeed it is a job that men will never be able to do better than women.
