Throughout five seasons, Breaking Bad has won a couple of Globes, 16 Emmys and 101 Dalmatians – sorry, other awards. Walter White aka Heisenberg and Jesse Pinkman; meticulously portrayed by Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul respectively, have propelled this contemporary western crime drama to unimaginable heights. The show has even produced a spin-off “Better Call Saul” centered around one of the main characters, Saul Goodman portrayed by Bob Odenkirk. The impact of Breaking Bad on contemporary culture is yet to be felt, and we’ll only be able to gauge it over time, but one thing is for sure – it’s going to be significant.
