Nuts and seeds have a lot of benefits for the entire body, especially for the heart. A moderate amount of nuts and seeds consumption keep the heart healthy and also helps reduce cholesterol from your blood. Nuts are another source from where you can get Omega 3 alongside fatty fishes. Almonds, cashews nuts, walnut all are great for your heart and lowering cholesterol. So when it comes to nuts, just go nuts over them. However, just try to not live off of nuts alone, because that will be something really difficult to pull off.
