First Progress offers a wide range of secured credit cards to the users with no credit rating. That is why they have taken several spots on our list of the easiest credit cards to get with no credit. This particular card comes with the variable APR of 14.99% on all purchases, while cash advances are charged with the 19.99% rate. Platinum Select MasterCard also charges foreign transactions with the 3% fee. Although it comes with the $39 annual fee and requires users to pay at least $200 of the deposit money, this card doesn’t require any credit history and therefore is a good option for new lenders and those who want to repair their FICO score.
