Although primor Secured VISA is not much different from the previous card we have described, it still comes with a few extra features and fees. For example, the purchase APR of 9.99% is fixed. The company charges 3% for foreign transactions, and there is a $29 max late fee and 18.99% cash advance rate. The company says it is a great card for people with no credit and they offer a very simple application process.
