With this big number of immigrants, Saudi Arabia is near the top of our list of easiest countries to live and work illegally. Moreover, as announced in March 2017, illegal workers “will be exempt from the consequences associated with the ‘deportee fingerprint system’ and will be able to return to the Kingdom.”
