The best thing about Austria is that not only its citizens are entitled to basic healthcare but people living here temporarily get this benefit too. Everyone living in this great country contributes to the system, and this contribution is based upon how much that person is earning. It spends around 10 – 10.5% of its GDP on healthcare each year.
