Norway may hold the number 11 spot on our list, but healthcare in this country is nothing short of exceptional. Every citizen of Norway is insured, which means you don‘t have to worry about paying out-of-pocket in case you need to be admitted to the hospital. However, laws are flexible and people can choose to pay for the services they wish to acquire from out of state. 9.1% of the total GDP is allocated to healthcare.
