8. Argentina
Like most countries in this list, Argentina requires one to own a license in order to buy and own guns. Concealment, however, is strictly regulated. If you do acquire a license, semi-automatic rifles are also free to own much like handguns. The problem is that criminals here target gun owners hoping to steal one.
