The health care giveaway of Norway is state funded, it’s from the taxes that are scrapped from salaries of employees in the country. Everyone is entitled to free consultations and free of hospital bills except for the prescribed medications. There is an option to shell out one’s money too if they prefer to be admitted to a private hospital.
