7. The Human Knot
This indoor team building activity is perfect for having the team communicate and work together to solve a problem. Everyone has to stand in a circle facing each other. The goal is to have everyone grab someone’s hand with their right hand. Then, everyone should reach out and grab someone with their left hand as well. The team then has to untangle the knot made of arms but without releasing hands. You can make several groups if the team is large.
