Texas has one of America’s best climates every season. The home of the cowboys, who sure know how to have a good time, even in November when other states already struggle with winter. Texas has what they call the “Tour the Texas Renaissance”, an eight-week theme park that runs every day. They also celebrate several festivals in November, such as the Austin Celtic Festival and the Wurstfest.
