If you can afford to live in this neighborhood, God bless, you are literally a millionaire. You are in the 1%, congrats. These are not overstatements. However, rich singleton, there a lot of bookstores around if you are the literary type. It’s also great if you are a gay single 25 years ago. Just kidding, there are still a ton of gay bars, though the scene is likely more in Bushwick, Hells Kitchen, and beyond.
