5. “Love Shack” by The B-52’s – 42 points (TIE)
Another karaoke mainstay, “Love Shack” is a surefire hit. Although you have to sing-scream “love shaaaack!” you can always let your audience do that. Just sing the prolonged “loooove” then point the mic at them! Try to imitate the original singer’s voice and accent in the beginning of the song, “If you see a faded sign at the side of the road 15 miles to the…” to crack everyone up. The most fun part of this song is when all of you are singing or echoing this part, “The love shack is a little old place where we can get together / Love Shack, baby (a-Love Shack, baby) / Love Shack, baby, Love Shack / Love Shack, baby, Love Shack.”
